Yes, I am in-network with Aetna and BCBSTX. I am currently working on becoming paneled with other major insurance plans.
If I am not in network with your insurance plan, I offer private pay options. I can also provide a superbill if your insurance plans covers Out of Network (OON) providers.

No. I am happy to meet every individual where they are in their journey of sharing vulnerable topics of their life. Discussing details of one’s trauma requires trust and safety and I intend to provide space for that to take place during our session together.

Before scheduling an appointment, paperwork is sent to you and insurance (if used) will be verified. From there, you can schedule an appointment through the portal or we can work on finding a day/time that fits with your schedule.

Yes. I provide online therapy to clients throughout the state of Texas. I also offer in person appointments in Houston, TX.

Yes. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and use trauma-informed approaches to help clients process difficult or distressing experiences. EMDR may be incorporated into therapy when it fits your needs and goals.
